At Globers Agra, your comfort is paramount. We want you to feel confident with every step you take. If your shoe size is not a perfect fit or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange window.
Conditions for Return / Exchange
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Shoes must be unworn, in pristine brand-new condition, with all original tags attached and inside the original Globers shoebox packaging.
- Size exchanges are complimentary for first-time sizing adjustments across all eligible domestic orders.
How to Request a Return
You can request a return directly online via our Online Return Request Portal or by contacting our Agra store team at support@globersagra.com or WhatsApp +91 98765 43210 with your Order Number and photos of the footwear.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and quality inspection at our Agra depot, approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours back to the original payment source (UPI/Card/Bank Account) or provided as store credit.
