1. Orders and Availability
All shoe orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of order price. In the event an item is out of stock, our team will promptly contact you for an exchange, replacement, or immediate full refund.
2. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or specified store currency. Applicable GST and delivery charges are calculated transparently during the checkout process before payment authorization.
3. Delivery & Courier Dispatches
Orders are dispatched from our Agra warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours. Tracking identifiers (AWB numbers) are provided via SMS and email. Estimated standard delivery timelines are 2â5 business days depending on customer location across India.
